Jessie is the reason for 5 Stars ? He's absolutely amazing and he never messed up our order. He's got A+ customer service. While it's hit or miss on the food quality,you always get great service with a big smile. Now get your cook to put more than 2 chicken pieces in the Famous Bowl and I'll be really happy..

This KFC has been mediocre at best, for years. The last couple times I’ve ordered the food has been super hot and fresh. I’m not sure what happened, but keep it up! Great job 12th street KFC!
