For me it was a bad experience with customer service. The food was good though just at the time i went it was chaotic and i because i wanted to pay with cash i was sent to the back of the line after already waiting 20 minutes in line.

constant issues with orders being incorrect. I pay extra for custom pizzas and my customizations are being ignored.
Most recent order was tampered with. When pizza had a bite and the other had pieces ripped.

Twice now I've ordered the pepperoni pretzel stuffed crust with cheese sauce from here and found it to have practically no sauce and no salt on the crust. I've never had this issue at any other location. I dont expect anything amazing at little Caesars, but I do expect to actually get what I've ordered. Additionally the order took longer than the estimation on the app and had definitely sat around for a while before I got it as it wasnt hot despite the app saying they were still preparing it. Not worth the time or money just go somewhere else you're not going to get what you expect from this pizza chain at this location despite those expectations already being low.

We waited for 40 minutes. Got the wrong pizza and when we went to check on our food they told us they were out of breadsticks but told us when we ordered they had some.

The Hispanic girl at the front was very rude and made click noises with her long nails instead of serving orders. 🤣🤣😭😭👌
I ordered on the app to make it quicker. It was ready 45 minutes after the time it said it would be ready. I thought it took longer because I ordered a Hula Hawaiian, but when I got home the Hawaiian was cold (not even a little warm). And the cheese was warm. Three guys working in the back, but not much happening.

Paid extra money for the extra most bestest just to open the box and find an undercooked piece of garbage. Had to cook it in the oven longer when I got home, totally defeated the purpose of getting takeout.
