My husband and I lost track of time and wanted something quick to pick up for dinner so we can go to bed (we get up at 3:00 am for work). Went through the drive through and asked for a pepperoni pizza only to be told it would be a 15 minute wait. We asked what they had hot and ready and they said they didn’t have any pizzas. What little Caesar’s doesn’t have any pizza hot and ready? It’s literally the premise of their entire business.

I went there to grab two large hot and ready pizzas cheese and pepperoni and also some cheese bread and wound up sitting there for over 40 min for some reason never really got an answer of why they did apologize later and throw in an extra cheese bread but seriously 40 plus min for pizza

this is one of the worst little caesars around. they never have hot and ready pizzas so they'll have you wait out front for a fresh one. despite this, the pizza you get will still taste like its been left in the open to become stale for the past 30 minutes.

Had fraud show up on our card after purchasing here. The cashier left our eyesight with our card.
I normally don't go to a place like this but it was super late and they were very accommodating. The man at the register informed me that the pizza probably wasn't fresh but it was actually very tasty. Although it wasn't actually cut all the way through, considering the time that I bought it as it was close to closing, I was very thankful. Kudos to those that work there and work very hard. Please don't take offense to the atmosphere rating but I would like Little Caesars to know that it's kind of ridiculous to store soda pop on pallets in the front where people are ordering.

Came in for a pickup order and was ignored by all employees! There was one worker in the front when I came inside, he saw me and walked away. I'm waiting for about 5 minutes and all of a sudden I hear videos playing on a speaker, the workers are watching tiktoks while I'm waiting for my order. Another 5 minutes goes by and at that point I have made eye contact with almost all employees that were there and have not been helped. As I was getting ready to leave someone had finally come to help me, he grabbed the order, that I noticed had been just sitting on a rack, not in a warmer and didn't apologize for the wait or anything. This whole experience was horrible, I will not go back to this location. It seems the manager doesn't care to acknowledge the bad reviews they are receiving.

Ordered on the app at 10pm , sat in drive thru for 20 mins and didn’t hear a thing. Eventually went inside and didn’t get order until 45 mins after it was placed than got home and food was cold and pizza was cut awfully. I called the next morning and Giovani was insanely nice and refunded me without a question! So thank you Giovani for being patient and amazing!!
