Placed a pickup order, they never let me know that it was finished, and when I went inside to grab it, it was sitting on the back counter and not inside the pizza portal. Brought the order back home to find that it was cold. Store didn't answer any phone calls.
Picked up one of the classic pepperoni pizzas for $6.99. The Pizza was not hot nor warm and it looked as though it had been sitting there for days. I called and complained about the pizza and I asked for a refund. I gave the guy the information he needed for the refund. He acted sincere and apologetic and told me he would issue the refund. use to be the best pizza for me then all the workers on every little ceaser just don't care about the product I get it. its just a cheap pizza place but it used to be a good cheap pizza. I'm buying it even if it sucks
