If you are looking for high-end dishes with unique flavors and obvious care put into every plate, then walk into the lobby of the Hilton Garden Inn and get yourself a table at the restaurant. My wife and I ate there for the first time tonight, and I’m genuinely embarrassed we’ve never been before. My wife had the mussels and the pesto risotto. I had a burrata arugula salad and the smoky chorizo tortellini. So delicious! My new favorite place in Ogden.“
