It was a walk-in didn't have to wait very long even though we didn't have a pre-order. Pizza was better than I expected since I have not had Papa John's in a very long time. Excellent pizza!

Paid for my pizza online. The driver reached my door with my pizza, then says there is a charge due. I was like how I paid for this online. Why would I need to pay for this if I already have. The driver told me to call the store and figure this out. I called the store and the manager told me I needed to pay for the pizza again and said they would be able to send back the payment if I could prove I had paid for it twice.
