Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Busy night and Joseph made my pizza and did a nice job, thank you buddy!!!
I must say that I do hope he doesn't stay there long because when you buy a pizza there,, the pay system wants a tip for only making a pizza. This shouldn't be a career position but a first job experience to learn from. I would like if Joseph make more in pay but the point of sale system Papa Murphy uses is a guilt system, not tip option. Papa Murphy asks for tips when you pay and for a service that only requires the employee one purpose; make pizza. Not delivering or cleaning up after the customer, or hauling around a bag of golf clubs for 18 holes. Just make pizza. Good for Papa Murphy's intrusting Joseph but, remove the tip thing when a customer pays with a card!
Joseph if you want to make more money their are other options like the electrician union who will pay you to learn a trade and make much better pay., or the labor's union (construction). Thank you for my favorite pizza!

Our 2 pizzas had no taste searous no flavor even the garlic knots where terrible? I felt bad posting this but man 50.00 for nothing not a place I will return to !

Papa Murphy’s quality has gone way down what happened to the original Murphy’s combo hardly any mushrooms hardly any sausage in the new sausage is teeny sausage and the new mushrooms are teeny please bring back the old Murphy’s combo for all locations. The quality is terrible now I don’t think I’m coming back to Papa Murphy’s Pizza. Also, the cookie dough is not the same anymore. You get a smaller amount used to be a see-through container, higher quality and this is like a smaller little container. Of cookie dough and the toppings aren’t spread out evenly since the mushrooms and sausages are so small now they don’t get evenly spread out. Then the owners put a bogus statement that they copy and paste and say to everybody on these reviews to go make a statement on their link they send and they still don’t do anything to resolve the problem. What happened to customer service where you Have a conversation with the actual customer to resolve the issue instead of a copy and paste answer.

Papa Murphy's is always a familyt favorite. The pizza is alwasy prepared well and bakes to perfefction. So fresh and delicious!

This was a very nicely run location. The staff was nice. The pizza had a very good amount of toppings. This location also had pickup behind the counter which was nice so no random person could take my pizza. I have never had it happen before, but i like the precautionary measure at this location.

I was impressed by the staff. The lack of leadership and the inability to communicate with each other and the customers were hard for us. The food was good, but I don't see myself going to this location anytime soon.

I would say disappointed all the around. Very poor customer service the staff could use some proper training and communication skills. Was just in on 1/28/25 girls with long hair was not wearing hats like they should per health department. Well received some hair in our pizza what a waste of money very upsetting. No one wants to eat someone else hair. I wonder what other insanitary things are going on?
