Absolutely amazing prime rib! The horseradish could have been hotter, that was a let down but still had delicious flavor all the same. Service was top notch, and the building is a dream.

Are there better steakhouses out there? Possibly, but until I find one, Ruby River deserves a high rating. The steaks and burgers I've had have been cooked perfectly and have tasted delicious; they have never disappointed me. If you are in the mood for an appetizer, try the Ruby poppers; they are our favorite thing there. The service is very poor at times, depending on whom you get. One server, in particular, has been terrible every time we get him.

Quite disappointed. Looked meun and prices up on line but the prices in the steak house were quite a bit higher than posted. Very poor lighting at our table. Could not see our menu without a flashlight on our phone. Last straw was my order was way overcooked.
