long wait time even when there's not a lot of customers. Also multiple times I've gone I've asked for cream fraps and they added coffee almost every time. Very annoying. Employees get annoyed when asked to fix order. Love Starbucks but not this location
Absolutely love this location! The staff are very caring and always kind to their customers, despite the attitude they receive at times. It's a busy location as the only Starbucks on campus but they always kill it with your order and get things out as fast as they can. I've been coming here for years and can say my drink quality has not been matched at any other location and I wished I could take the staff with me. They always have great recommendations and coming here...
Terrible. The workers just chat and talk. 10+ minute wait time for one drink. Today was especially bad. I waited nearly 30 minutes and spent my entire lunch time waiting and didn't get my drink. I don't know if they ever made it or got it out but now we'll never know. If i had waited i would have been extremely late to class. Almost nobody was in front of me in line. They made orders that were ordered after mine. Some people who waited in front me didn't get...
