Went to get a sandwich at 9:50am, the door was unlocked and the sign posted said it was open at 8:30am. The worker told me they were closed and I left. I suggest either changing the sign or locking the door to indicate when you are ACTUALLY closed.

Used to be good but quickly has gone downhill. Would appreciate it if you guys would say a specific meat is frozen and offer an alternative instead of potentially getting me and others sick and wasting money. Last time went and the cashier was in a rush to have me order but put it in wrong and when I said it was made wrong they said it was my fault. I’ve been ordering the same sandwich for YEARS don’t know how it would be my fault but ok. Apparently me saying I wanted specific veggies and sauces and cheese meant I only wanted the meat with mayo and mustard and nothing else lol

Been here more than 5 times in 2024 and 2025 and the bread and tortillas are always stale, which makes the sandwiches taste bad. Needs fresh bread and fresh ingredients

Ordered a sandwich. Didn't use the correct bread - asked for Italian herb and cheese and got white. I don't like their plain white bread. Was supposed to be toasted but wasn't, there was no cheddar cheese sauce OR SubKrunch like the sandwich specified. Also I asked for extra green pepper...nope. Very little meat also. I've never seen a sandwich so thin from there in my life! Won't be going back.

We went at 9 at night while on lunch break so we are BEING TIMED. Google says they close at 10. And they have a sign on the door saying their hours. We were there an hour before closing. The lady inside turned us away and said they were closed. They weren't closed!

For the love of God, somebody build another Subway that's open after 9. We waited nearly an hour for 6 sandwiches but they came in staggered pairs so instead of eating together, only two of us got to eat at a time. Out of what two of us wanted. This is not the first or second time this has happened. One of us requested extra for most of their veggies. They got the skinniest sandwich. Steak and cheese was ice cold. Not got cold sitting. Never toasted. Steak not even warmed up. No hint that anything warm had ever touched the cheese. A cold steak and cheese. 1 star is a generous rating

Pickup order for 2 sandwiches. One was missing the Avocado I paid extra for and the breads were switched on the sandwiches. I even tipped. Very disappointed.

3 times i've gone and ordered a wrap in the drive thru. All 3 times, i've gotten my WRAP in a FLATBREAD. I get a wrap when i walk in, but drive thru alwats gives me a flatbread. The last time i went through, i specified a TORTILLA, and i still got a footlong flatbread instead. This is unacceptable service. And its almost impossible to get it fixed since it's lunch and theres a line to the moon and back
