The nigiri sampler is really good but the cherry blossom roll was an abomination to sushi lovers world wide. Way too much spicy mayo on the roll. I will also compliment the sashimi plates like the Machi. I felt like I could probably go with 4 stars but as a sushi lover I couldn’t get myself to do it. It’s definitely better than shitty sushi places. I had to wait about 40 minutes from the time I was seated at the bar to getting ALL THREE my dishes handed to me at once.
This was a good. Food quality was great service wa good. Atmosphere was tough. Lot of guest founded up try to talk over others. However, this place was awesome for the price. Food was great too.
Best sushi in Utah!! The atmosphere is awesome, the building is charming, and the service is great. Best of all? The taste of their rolls. For being an inland state, the sushi here at Tona is extremely great, and in my opinion it even compares to the sushi I had in Florida.
