Came to dine in after dropping my vehicle off at big o and was greeted by Brian. Let me tell you, he has amazing customer service. You have a gem in him. He was kind, upbeat, & personable. You don’t get customer service like this these days and it was really refreshing. Not to mention, the chicken strips were divine lol

Guys here were really friendly tried to make small talk but I've noticed that they are consistently understaffed and it's a different excuse each time. 9:00 p.m. tonight took 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru. They are best at their hamburgers and their amazing chili and their frosties. I wouldn't recommend much else. I got the bacon fries and there were only tidbits of bacon on them. I also got a taco salad which looked amazing but just tasted like burnt...
