In addition to the off the charts freshness, flavors and extensive offerings…the dining experience is like none I’ve ever had. Private rooms with attentive and friendly staff. This is a go back, and go back and go back some more restaurant! LOVE! Drinks are creative and refreshing too.

I have been dining at Windy Sukiyaki for 15 years and have consistently reserved the private rooms during my visits. I was disappointed to see that the curtains in these rooms have been removed, leaving the spaces fully open and eliminating the privacy that once made the dining experience special. It is now possible to see directly into the neighboring rooms, which I would no longer consider a private setting. This change under the new management is unfortunate and takes away from the experience that loyal customers have valued for many years. Unfortunately, I attempted to speak with management regarding the lack of privacy in the dining area, but the manager declined to come speak with me directly. I was informed that my feedback was appreciated, but there was an unwillingness to have an open conversation about my concerns. I was calm and respectful during my request, so I was confused by the refusal to communicate, especially as a long-time customer seeking to provide constructive feedback.

I have had better service at a taco truck in a parking lot than I have had here. I have dined at this restaurant twice, and attempted a third. All three times we have sat outside and waited well over 15-20 minutes just to be greeted. This 3rd time my wife and I just decided to leave instead of dealing with poor service. When telling the employee we were leaving she asked why and simply stated we’ve waited more that 15 minutes just to have someone come ask us for our drinks. The sorry was beyond insincere and could blatantly see customer experience didn’t matter. In the grand scheme it doesn’t matter if I return to this restaurant but that’s exactly what’s going to happen.

Great vibe, beautiful restaurant. Fairly limited seating, so you'll want to make reservations, but it makes for a great experience. Quiet, peaceful, and serene. And the sushi is amazing!
