My boyfriend and I come to this location a lot. Today was the first time we’ve received BAD food. The chicken was very old and gross. We called and they immediately offered to remake the food or give us credit. We chose to have the food remade. Andrew, the manager was very kind and helpful with the situation. He showed us the fresh food when we arrived to make sure we were satisfied and also offered us some free brownies. I really appreciate how the situation was handled and...

The food took a weirdly long amount of time to get done when we were the only customers there. It was also insanely cold for some reason. The wings were only a tier or 2 above gas station wings, but the fries were pretty good.

Everybody time I come here it's great customer service. If there not swamped the food comes out fairly quick.
I don't understand the bad reviews about wait times. It takes time to cook good fresh food.
