Love stopping here on my way to work and getting a salad and a sweet tea. They have really good sweet tea and their salads are good. Wish they didn't have the carrots and cabbage, but that's just a personal preference. Be great if it had a Caesar salad choice but overall it's good food. Great service.

Chicken fingers were terrible. Inside was undercooked and outside batter overcooked. Staff was not friendly at all. Seemed like they hated their jobs. No smile, nothing. This place sucks.

Do not dine in at this location. We showed up and no one else was inside. There was a total of 4 cars in the drive through. After waiting 20 minutes for 2 salads, we finally asked where our food was. We tried get someone’s attention and no one would respond. It took sticking our head in the door of the kitchen. Imagine our surprise to see 5 employees in the kitchen not doing anything.

Slow isn't the word waited 30 min for a salad

DON’T that simple.
The only person there that I interacted with seemed to understand customer service. The franchise store owner I wont list names has to have some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Argumentative, short, rude and disrespectful. I order two “Zalads” to which they auto filled the dressing for and didn’t bother asking. They then also didn’t complete the entire order. Called that night and spoke to a person who agreed to refund the stuff. Went in today and they refused to refund it, instead refunded 1 “Zalad” and a SINGLE chocolate milk. I asked for the corporate number and to which the owner gave me a number that is not in service. They then proceeded to tell me that I was wasting my time because they would just have them call me because they don’t report to anyone. Called corporate and lo behold another bold face lie. I will be pressing this one quite far. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have this owners locations and will never support them. Go else where you will be treated so much better and get what you order.

Honestly pretty flavorless. The chicken was cooked perfectly but the entire meal lacked even a hint of flavor. Raising Cane's is better.

My youngest daughter learned how to count to 10 in Kindergarten. Obviously the employees working today need to go through it again. I ordered a 10 piece traditional, but only received 8. Good thing I was able to get paper towels out of my work bathroom as I didn't even receive wipettes or napkins. For that price we shouldn't have to double check that we received the correct amount before driving off. 🤦‍♂️

We got the basic chicken fingers and I was very happy. We split 6 between the family and we all loved it.

Waited quite a while to have my order taken inside, which is understandable when the drive-through is busy. The guy comes up and tries to take the order for the guy behind me first. After that, we wait for our food while he serves his friend (third in line, similar order) first. Then comes the agony of trying to get our order correct:

Attempt 1: got the order wrong (wrong side item).
Attempt 2: didn’t get the other half of my order.
Attempt 3: didn’t get dressing for our salad.
Attempt 4: didn’t get enough forks or any napkins (one fork for two meals).
Finally left, only to discover we got no Zaxby’s sauce. Never had so many iterations just to get what I asked for. I love Zaxby’s, but guess I’m going to Raisin Cane’s from now on.
