Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Ordered two chicken finger meals and a chicken sandwich. My order was missing the sandwich and had no sauce at all included.

The service was good but I got the chicken plate and the chicken is ridiculously small! Never get that! If I could I would go get a refund!

I haven’t eaten my food yet, all I have to say is some unbearably loud and annoying beeping alarm came on fifteen minutes ago on the Coca Cola freestyle machine and none of the employees have even tried to do anything about it. Then they got my order wrong so I had to sit here for another 10 minutes in beep hell while they make a single chicken sandwich.

Yesterday I went for my usual chicken sandwiches and when I got home I realized that they didn’t have the typical chicken fingers but some patty, I didn’t like that, don’t disappoint with that product change

I had the Zax's snax box and it was delicious.

Unfortunately the person I was with had the chicken sandwich and said that the chicken tasted funny. Took a second bite and decided not to eat any more.

That was a good decision. Even after those few bites they experienced severe cramping and... Gastric distress. MANY trips to the bathroom later, they are still feeling pain.

Two stars because I feel fine.

don’t order their boneless wings. i recently purchased the boneless wings and things plate and the boneless “wings” were more like boneless breading that’s burnt. there was next to no actual chicken inside them and it was extremely crispy, almost rock solid. unfortunately this is the third time that i’ve had this happen to me. it shouldn’t be very hard to make boneless wings that actually have chicken inside of them and have hot sauce on them. Zaxby’s is supposed to be a chicken place so you would think that they would know how to cook the food correctly but i guess not.

As for me and my family, we are addicted. Not just to the food, but also to the great staff at this location and their positive attitudes. Always a pleasure to hit up their drive thru. The Mr Beast box was divine, and now I get the Zensation salad with the egg roll and it's amazing!

They don’t know how to scan the app. Every single time I go in to redeeem my points or discounts it’s an issue. They need to figure it out. And then they don’t even have a manager on duty to bypass whatever “issue” they’re having. I feel like I should still get my discount, because they’re incompetent. Then the lady looks at me like it my fault they don’t know how to upload the discount. Figure it out. No wonder why the parking lots always empty.

Favorite place for chicken strips/fingers. I love the variety of sauces available. Coke freestyle machine is so-so, but then again I don't go there for the drinks.
