Great food. They didn't have air conditioning going. We mentioned it and then they turned it on but with a small seating area right next to the hotel kitchen it never cooled off. Usually you will have to wait for seating as the food is sooo good and people know about it.
Great ramen served in a casual setting. An Orem staple. Service is usually courteous but nothing outstanding. Ambiance could do with a bit of an upgrade, it feels a bit bare. When we were there last, the servers were telling people after 9:30 that they couldn't seat them and they were taking to go orders only which was weird. Three groups came in and decided to leave because they couldn't sit. Can't imagine the owner/manager would be too happy about that.

The food was great. Employees were great. My only nitpick would be not a lot of variety. I prefer a place with a much larger menu. But judging it by what they have still really good.
