Aubergine is so great. The food always tastes incredibly fresh and everything feels like such clean, healthy eating without losing any flavor. Their bowls are packed with high quality ingredients, tons of color, and big portions that actually fill you up. I love how balanced each bowl is with proteins, veggies, grains, and those little sauces that tie everything together.

The restaurant is always clean, the service is quick, and the vibe is calm and welcoming....

Used to be a big Aubergine fan, I’ve been a regular for years but they’ve raised their prices too much and very stingy about sauces and toppings. The staff is also very clueless sometimes

Love this place. Food always fantastic, orders always right for pickup. Hummus is my fave in Provo, plus it’s a good healthy option given all the alternatives nearby. Parking easy but you have to turn in/out one way by going east on University. Cheesebreads you can’t buy enough of trust me.
