Put this on your list. Based on google reviews, we ventured out. The servings here are gigantic. You will have left overs. We went late in the day, close to 7pm. They were out of several items, as they are made daily and are quite popular. Order ahead is available. I recommend ordering early in the day so you have more options. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here to enjoy some barbecue. I tried their pulled pork and their brisket. Both were quite tasty. I’d say the pork was the better of the two. The brisket was just a little dry, admittedly I did get the lean and not the fatty so it should be a bit drier. The staff was very friendly and the table arrangement was neat. Awesome Texas BBQ. They consistently have the best brisket in the valley. The ribs and turkey are equally awesome. I know many folks love the Swachos but I prefer the meats by themselves because they are done so well. The sauces are also good. I really like the vinegar one. This is a staple of the Provo/Orem area.
