Every time I go into Blaze Pizza, the store is always spotless, and the team is incredibly friendly and helpful. You can tell there's a strong sense of pride in the way the staff treats customers. The manager, Katie, really stands out—she works hard and genuinely cares about both her team and the people who walk through the door. I've been to other Blaze locations in the area, but none of them match the level of service and atmosphere at the Orem Blaze Pizza....

The food is great but this location is unbelievably slow. I just waited 25 minutes to have the topping put on my pizza with like 7 people in front of me in line. No sense of urgency from the staff whatsoever. This is a repeated experience. Noticed online orders are usually more timely so I did an online order this time and it’s missing 3 of the meats and the bbq sauce drizzle asked for (after being 13 minutes late)
