I always worry about having enough food and not too much. Their quantities were perfect. I would definitely use Brown Brothers again!

The food we ordered for our wedding was fantastic. The asiago mashed potatoes were a hit for our dinner. During our reception we opted for a dessert bar and everything was delicious. All of our guests praised how good the food was. I was specifically a fan of the lemon and coconut sorbet. The staff was also incredibly kind and helped make our wedding perfect!

One of the most thoughtful touches was that they prepared a little take-home plate for my husband and I, knowing that couples often don't get much time to eat during the event. Their staff took care of everything they needed to.Go to one of their monthly wedding events for a trial of their food. You won’t be disappointed.

I used Brown Brothers Catering for my wedding party of ~35. The price and options far surpassed the others I received quotes from. There was, at times, some delay in communication (email) while getting quotes and solidifying everything. But everyone I spoke to was very friendly, and I was never left questioning what was included or what the final price would be.
The day-of team was wonderful! They arrived promptly and were set up exactly on time. The servers were so friendly and the food was delicious. The prime rib was particularly praised by everyone. I brought leftover containers for my guests to bring their food home and not a scrap was left behind. However, this company does donate leftover food and I think that is AMAZING. So even if you do have extra food, it won't be wasted. I have no complaints! Glad they were part of my wedding day :)

The food tasted delicious and the service was great. Tony and the rest of the staff were very quick to respond via email or call and help make any little adjustments we wanted. We had a phenomenal experience with Brown Brothers Catering! They catered my son's wedding dinner last night and the food, presentation and catering staff were all amazing! I can honestly say it's the best catering experience I've had to date! We will be using them again, no doubt. We had the Chef's Special with the Chef Carved Baron of Beef, Roasted Potatoes, Green Beans Almandine, Spinach Salad and Rolls--all were exceptional! One of my guests said she wanted to drink the horseradish sauce served with the beef, it was so delicious. I highly recommend this catering company!

Brown Brothers Catering did an incredible job for our daughter’s wedding reception. From the beginning, they were so easy to work with, helping us create the perfect, unique menu. We did the panini station with soup. Everything was absolutely delicious! Our menu: Three Cheese Panini and Creamy Tomato Soup, Chicken Pesto Panini and Zupa Toscana Soup. We also had a hot chocolate bar, peach lemonade and ice water. The staff was so kind and friendly. The food and drinks never ran out and we keep hearing compliments from our guests. We highly recommend!!!

We used Brown Brothers catering for our wedding last weekend based on their decent reviews. Unfortunately, the food quality was much below our expectations. The chicken was rubbery and tasteless and they dumped so much salt in both our main dishes (chicken and salmon) that it was bairly edible. So disappointed!
