They did a fantastic job catering our wedding at Quiet Meadow Farms. They were very helpful in crafting our menu and accommodating changes throughout. The food was very good, and got unsolicited high praise from a number of guests.
Two suggestions to anyone booking them:
1 - do a take home tasting of approximately what you want to order.
2 - if you have a significant spread, pay the few bucks for an extra set of plates. I underestimated how quickly our guests would dispose of theirs and then want more appetizers.

We used Brown Brothers Catering for a corporate evening dinner, and everything was top-notch, from the food quality to the professionalism of the team. The Chicken Marsala and Roasted Garlic Baron of Beef were both perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the sides - Asiago mashed potatoes, green beans almondine, and the spring mix salad with strawberries, feta, and candied pecans, were just as impressive. AND everything was gluten-free (minus the dinner rolls)
There was a mix-up on timing (completely on my end for not double-checking), but their team went above and beyond to make everything happen seamlessly. The presentation was beautiful, the portions generous, and the Celebration of Desserts was a huge hit—especially the brownies, lemon bars, and chocolate mousse shooters.
Truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be booking with them again.

We had Brown Brothers cater our son’s baptism reception, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. I was genuinely impressed by both the quality and quantity of the food—there was more than enough for everyone, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was.
We chose a menu that included Chef-Carved Prime Rib Roast with Horseradish Cream and Au Jus, Chicken Marsala, Sautéed Green Beans with Lemon and Shallots, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and a Spring Mix Salad with Dried Cranberries, Candied Pecans, Feta Cheese, and Raspberry Vinaigrette. This was all served with fresh rolls, butter, and an assortment of desserts. Every item was flavorful and beautifully presented.
The staff that came to our event were professional, friendly, and efficient. They handled everything—from carving the prime rib to setting up and breaking down—with care and attention to detail. It made the day stress-free for us and allowed us to truly enjoy the celebration.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Brown Brothers again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch catering. 10/10 experience!

All of our guests praised how good the food was. I was specifically a fan of the lemon and coconut sorbet. The staff was also incredibly kind and helped make our wedding perfect!

Brown Catering was amazing when they catered my wedding lunch. The food was great. They were very reasonably priced compared to other vendors I had quotes from. Their staff took care of everything they needed to.Go to one of their monthly wedding events for a trial of their food. You won’t be disappointed.

There was, at times, some delay in communication (email) while getting quotes and solidifying everything. But everyone I spoke to was very friendly, and I was never left questioning what was included or what the final price would be.
The day-of team was wonderful! They arrived promptly and were set up exactly on time. The servers were so friendly and the food was delicious. The prime rib was particularly praised by everyone. I brought leftover containers for my guests to bring their food home and not a scrap was left behind. However, this company does donate leftover food and I think that is AMAZING. So even if you do have extra food, it won't be wasted. I have no complaints! Glad they were part of my wedding day :)
