I was in the mood for Chipotle, and I saw the reviews for the places and I debated whether or not I should go to this location. But I decided on giving them a chance to see if it really was as bad as everyone says it is.

Five stars for Liz!

I travel to Provo for work regularly and always stop by this Chipotle. On my first visit, I asked for the guac to be scooped carefully to avoid cheese since I’m vegan. I didn’t expect anyone to remember, but when I came back 10 days later, Liz recognized me and had already pulled out a fresh guac before I even asked.

It's always good to have Chipotle, because the food is delicious, but this particular location is a mess. First, the store is very small, they have like four long tables, and they get packed in no time. Secondly, the crew is shorthanded, so the empty tables indoors and outdoors were filthy. Bathrooms were cleaned, and the employees were nice.
