I was really excited to try this restaurant new to St George and now that I have, I’m honestly a bit worried. It was too good - I can see this place becoming a “several times a week” place. I had the Chubbys Cheesesteak and as someone who thinks of themself as a cheesesteak connoisseur, this is at the top of my list! So beforehand , I'm sitting there, looking through all of the reviews thinking to myself "surely it can't be THAT good"...but oh wow, it's probably better! The ingredient quality and execution slap you in the face and demand you take notice. Everything tastes fresh and is cooked very appropriately, especially the meats. Service culture here just makes this place as close to flawless as it gets for "fast food".
