Let me start off by saying I'm not racist, please people don't call me one, (it's sad that I feel like I have to justify that nowadays). Having said that, it's really frustrating to go through your drive-thru at night and have to repeat yourself 14 times because the person taking the order doesn't understand English let alone speak it very well. I feel like you as a big Corporation should know better, and put somebody at the window that can adequately cater to all of your customers....read full review
