Same experience as many others. I ordered 14 pizzas for a work lunch. I called ahead to see if that could be accommodated by noon. Call was dropped/hung up on and I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone when I called back. I placed the order online crossing my fingers and was happy when the tracker showed the order should be ready by 11:20am. We ordered pizza just before 2 pm on a Saturday. We tried calling, but no one picked up the phone, so we ordered online. The pizza was ready on time and we got it quickly when we went in to pick it up. Good experience overall.

I gave two stars because the pizzas were ready on time and were delicious. I did not appreciate the hair attached to the bacon that my daughter go in her pizza. Kinda took the appeal from the rest of the pizza. It was great before that.
