I get it. Friday night in a college town can get crazy, but my app said 10 minutes, and when I arrived, I was told my order was just being taken out of the oven. Great! 10 minutes later I'm told my order is just now being PUT IN to the oven. It's fine you're busy, but please just don't lie to me. Pizza quality is always on par for domino's, but never spectacular or mind blowing.
I had some friends prank call you with AI, I wanna apologize for them considering they used AI and AI was being rude and the employee was responding in such a positive way, great customer service. I feel bad. I think they just ruined that guys day. Didn’t catch his name but I’ve always loved the Pan pizza and the atmosphere
Ordered 4 pizzas for pick up on a Saturday night. Our boy Josh had those puppies in the oven so fast. The wait time was very minimal. Hats off to Josh and his crew. This guy deserves a raise (or several)
