I’m from FL. This place is 🔥. We got the Champion and skipped the ham. The bacon was good quality and was actually fully cooked. (Not a fan of raw bacon ). This place is outstanding!! Wish we had places like this back home :)
Best sandwiches we have ever had honestly. We were visiting the Salt Lake City area for a week, and we drove a little out of the way to try this place. We loved it so much we kept coming back for it and to try different sandwiches. We even stopped one last time on the way out of town. Our favorites were the Champ & the All Star! Everything was freshly made and tasted amazing.
I've been going to Ernie's since it opened there in the 90's. Great place, great sandwiches. I'm glad it's done this well and continues to have a loyal customer base.
