I’m so disappointed and so sad, I came here like 10 minutes ago ordering and I ordered correctly and the guy at the speaker repeated my order the way I said it. I don’t care about how much it is I don’t mind paying more it’s just my order still wasn’t correct and I tried to explain to the manager in charge but she came at me with full attitude and she was being a little mean because I heard her loudly talking bad about me because I was just trying to explain my frustration....

I’ve been here a couple times this week during my lunch break. Not only are they slow to get food out and are disorganized in getting it to the right customers, but the dining area is always dirty. Tables/floors/chairs.. all dirty. Plus the food is never fresh and they frequently short change. See my photo of my “10 count nugget” that only had 9. Definitely one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in UT

I went on a Tuesday night and the restaurant was the most unclean, disgusting restaurant I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ll attach a picture I AI generated (I sent it to the people who went with me because it was funny how accurate it was). The picture exaggerates it slightly (it wasn’t quite the huge amount of crap on the floor but there were tons of chocolate milk puddles, half eaten nugs and fries on the floor).
