Best pho I have ever had! The owner described her process for preparing the broth from scratch with high-quality, nutritious stock bones and aromatics. She proudly told us how many hours each ingredient took to get it just right! When we were served, I noticed that there was only a small amount of vegetable toppings provided. The service was good, so I knew I could request more basil and limes if I wanted, but thought I’d at least try the soup first… it was so flavorful that...

To my delight I discovered a dish here that was to become one of all time favorites. It is #28, the Bit Thii Nuong (Vietnamese BBQ Pork). I drive over 30 miles to come here to eat it and I have brought several people here also to experience it.

**Note: I wrote this review and then realized I'd written a 5-paragraph opinion piece. I usually try to keep my reviews succinct but I'm pretty passionate about good pho so I got carried away. Skip to the last paragraph if you just want the quick and dirty review.

My family and I are political refugees from Washington State now residing in NV. On balance, the quality and availability of food options is significantly better in NV than it was in WA but...
