Red Fuego is one of my favorite Latin restaurants. The food is authentic and quality, albeit consistently slow. I’ve had little qualms about with my experience at the Provo location, but this location was out of a main entree (Huancaina Fettucine) and two sides (sweet potato fries and fruit mix) at prime dinner hour on a Friday.With register-order style dining, staying stocked up or otherwise proactively navigating menu limitations seems like the bare minimum. If you’re craving Red Fuego, go to Provo!

The food was AWESOME and at SUCH a good price!! The rice, the chicken, my fruit cup?? Top notch, the fruit cup was HUGE pieces of pineapple, orange, and a kiwi slice. The chicken spices smelled and tasted so perfect, not too spicy, not too blandDietary restrictions: Work great as a gluten intolerant or dairy allergy friendly place :) just ask about the specific thing u want

You are pricing yourself out of business. Your food is good. It’s organic, which I would expect to pay a bit more for but your price increases need to stop. Your fettuccini bowl alone has gone up by at least $4 in the last year or so. Inflation or not, this is ridiculous for what you get. All your other dishes have also gotten smaller portions and also had multiple price hikes across the board. Your staffing in store is not that high. All I see is a counter person and two cooks in the kitchen. I came in the other day and there were three groups of customers. One of which already had their food. We went to place our order and we were told it was a 30 minute wait. We took a look at the menu board and saw your prices had increased yet again since our visit last month and decided due to that and what felt like an extreme wait time (considering that the place wasn’t busy) and we walked out the door. I highly doubt we will be back either. You can’t charge like Tucanos but have much smaller portions, no help, and extreme wait times. Sorry. Best of luck to you. Hope you get your issues sorted out.

So my wife picked this because she thought it was gonna be Indian food. We were not disappointed with the Peruvian cuisine. Delicious few food, somewhat quiet, peaceful atmosphere, and all in all, we will be returning again.I always give five stars to a restaurant that delivers what I expect they will deliver. Even if it’s a greasy nasty place I’m expecting just good comfort food from a greasy nasty place and they provide it. They’re gonna get five stars but this place gets five stars because the food was delicious and just the right amount .

We really liked the food and the service and the place was very nice. I ate delicious sautéed meat.
I’ve eaten here many times over the last couple years, the food is always good, but I will say the portions have decreased and the prices have increased, most likely due to the economy. A single meal with and dessert is around $40. Unfortunately as well I’ve noticed the service has decreased in quality.Today the gentleman (shorter latin man, spotty facial hair, with a beanie on) who took my order was too occupied with his phone to look at me at the register, when I asked for a water cup snapped at me to make sure I only used the foam cups, and later demanded I pay 25 cents for an extra sauce packet which I’ve never paid extra for in the past, and I’ve eaten here for the last two years. I am disappointed in the service, maybe the gentleman was having a bad day? Oh well:(
