“Absolutely delicious sushi & the best service I have experienced. We were seated immediately. Everything was fresh & packed with flavor. The specialty rolls in particular were unique & clearly intentionally created. Our server gave us great recommendations & all of our rolls were served in what felt like 5 minutes after ordering. “Love this place! The food is fantastic. The service is excellent and I love the way the whole restaurant is set up! You order at the counter but then they bring the food to you on regular dishes and silverware and they bus the table for you. Perfect! Entrees are each served with glorious breadsticks! It's just the way all restaurants should be. Desserts are to die for! We'll be back!“

“Aubergine is so great. The food always tastes incredibly fresh and everything feels like such clean, healthy eating without losing any flavor. Their bowls are packed with high quality ingredients, tons of color, and big portions that actually fill you up. I love how balanced each bowl is with proteins, veggies, grains, and those little sauces that tie everything together.

The restaurant is always clean, the service is quick, and the vibe is calm and welcoming. It is one of my favorite places when I want something healthy but still delicious and satisfying. You can tell they really care about the quality of what they serve. Highly recommend.“

The manager, Katie, really stands out—she works hard and genuinely cares about both her team and the people who walk through the door. I've been to other Blaze locations in the area, but none of them match the level of service and atmosphere at the Orem Blaze Pizza. This is by far my favorite spot!“
