I got fries there and they were not up to cubbies standards which was too bad. I tried their new chicken sandwich, which was fun. The sandwich is called the Pikey.“

But then I had to interact with Cody. And that wasn’t a five-star experience. The less said the better.

The coconut vegetable soup that came with our meal, my goodness I wish I could buy it in a gallon size because I am already craving it after we've been done eating for a few hours now 😂. It was such a perfect flavor of sweetness and saltiness I don't know how they do it !

I got the yellow curry and my husband got the masaman curry. I ordered a level 4 in spiciness and it was perfect for my spicy taste !

The service is always a huge plus because even if you find a great place to eat, the service has to match the quality of the food and this definitely matches !!

“Driving through from SLC to STG, and stopped to get lunch. Thought about just hitting a drive thru, but opted for something a little fresher. I'm soooo glad we did! These guys have absolutely BANGIN' food for a really decent price. $10 lunch specials with generous servings that include a cream cheese wonton and egg roll. Super crispy and juicy sweet and sour chicken, some of the BEST ham fried rice I've ever had, delicious pork lo mein, and great service. I even ordered egg drop soup to go because I knew I'd regret it if I didn't. Kinda makes me wish we lived here! 😂 We will definitely be back next time we're driving through.“

“We ate the most creative and divine food last night at Communal. The portions are big and they are for sharing. The new summer salad with fresh peaches and corn was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The blend of flavors was absolutely amazing. Had I known how delicious it was beforehand I would have just ordered that for dinner. “I ordered an online order , and messed up on the order I guess. I got my pizza and it had no cheese , pepperoni or sauce . I called over to Marcos , talked to Rob, told him it was more than likely my fault when ordering, and said no problem , he would get me taken care of and send a new pizza out ASAP !

“I use the drive-thru pickup on most my visits. I love how much more organized their drive-thru is compared to most other restaurant’s 2 lane drive-thru’s. There is another checkpoint after your order is taken to verify order with vehicle. Cars rarely cut in because that second check stops them. Love the food and the organization outside the restaurant!“

I now people have been a little off recently due to the covid pandemic, but as a long time employee of this company, 14 years of service, I'm still a big fan of Sizzling Plater Inc. “They got me the wrong thing, twice. 😅 They initially gave me the wrong drink, I corrected them and showed them my order, and then they gave me a drink that looked similar to a frosted lemonade, so I didn’t question it. I later found out it was just a milkshake. Not a terrible tradeoff so I’m not too mad. Would’ve liked my strawberry frosted lemonade though.“
