“On our way to the Provo Airport to drop off our granddaughter for her flight back to Orange County, we stopped for lunch at a favorite restaurant: Cubby’s in Spanish Fork. I tried something new—the Gypsy Hamburger—and it was delicious! We have been dining at this location since it opened in 2016. I tend to order my favorite, the Tri-tip steak sandwich, but wanted to branch out and was not disappointed. My wife loves the salads, and our granddaughter picked her favorite sandwich. Her family lived in Utah before moving to Newport Beach, California, so she knows the menu well. The French fries are always crispy, fresh, and tasty. My wife always orders Cubby’s famous huckleberry milkshake, and I get a few bites too! We dropped our granddaughter off for her flight and said goodbye after a two-week visit, ending her visit on a high note—Cubby’s!“

“Seriously a DELICIOUS and wonderful meal from start to finish. We had mango lassi which was perfect blend/texture and not too sweet to overpower the flavor. We had garlic and onion naan with chicken tikka masala which was absolutely phenomenal. The chicken was tender and perfectly cooked, the tikka masala was perfect and the best I’ve ever had. Finished with pistachio ice cream which was also perfect. 10/10 recommend & will be back. Service was also phenomenal, water was always being refilled, needs attended and the server was personable. Where tons of restaurants lack in experience, quality and value this restaurant has perfectly captured all aspects.“

“We ate the most creative and divine food last night at Communal. The portions are big and they are for sharing. The new summer salad with fresh peaches and corn was one of the best I’ve ever eaten. The blend of flavors was absolutely amazing. Had I known how delicious it was beforehand I would have just ordered that for dinner. My husband and I shared the Greek chicken, crispy fingerling potatoes and roasted carrots with pistachios. Wonderful homemade rolls were served while we awaited our dinner. Everything is freshly cooked so plan to enjoy a wonderful, scrumptious and leisurely dinner. Wish we had time to go back and try some other dishes. Everything was presented beautifully and the service was excellent. A divine dining experience!“

“The food here was great, and the portions were good! Their mango lemonade was delicious, and the cups were huge. I've never seen a Hawaiian Hot Dog before, but you can't beat a hot dog stuffed with tender pulled pork. I loved the live music!“

“One of my favorite places to go and eat. Fresh, fresh, fresh!!! And so tasty. Haven't eaten anything yet that I didn't like. I like the quiet atmosphere on Fridays for a date night with my husband. Definitely is a healthier, lighter choice. Friendly service too. The nachos, veggie wraps, and the chicken sandwich are superb. “You know a restaurant in Provo is good if you arrive at 5 and there's already a line, and none of them are students. We didn’t have a reservation, and they warned us that we'd only have an hour at our table. What we ordered:
Bleu's Fire Grits: we only ordered these because of the macros on the shrimp. I don't even like grits that much, but I was eating spoonfuls like it was icecream. Super cheesy, very tasty.
Black Sheep Salad: The cranberries were perfectly chewy and the pecans were tasty. I added chicken, which was almost like jerky, so my husband ate it. I wished the dressing was more vinaigrette-y and less syrupy sweet.
Enchiladas: they let us get one red, one green. The green brought more heat, but the red were more flavorful.
We would have ordered dessert (fry bread?) but we ran out of time and room.

“My wife and I finally stopped by Tamale Market in Provo, after hearing great things about their tamales. We were met at the door by a wonderful guy who introduced us to their amazing homemade tamales. We ended up ordering a half dozen after trying their Red Chile Beef, which was absolutely delicious. Very sweet corn tamales but they are fantastic. I’d love to see if the people giving out one star reviews have traveled outside Utah… If someone finds a better tamale in Utah let me know!“
