“We are from out of town and picked a random place to eat out. This place was great! The food was so good. We had pizza, pasta, a couple of the apps, and lava cake. It was all delicious! “I genuinely cannot praise the staff at Mountain Wellness Bar enough! I went through Flight Attendant training at the Salt Lake City airport, many miles away from my home in Florida. For 32 consecutive days, I lived in a nearby hotel with no kitchen, and absolutely did not have the time (nor money, nor desire) to order from restaurants the entirety of my stay. With only a mini fridge at my disposal, I was unable to use the more common meal prep/delivery services like Hellofresh. This is how I found Mountain Wellness Bar's meal delivery service. Mountain Meals was an absolute lifesaver. The food was SO fresh and delicious, and the menu was well-curated. I wanted to maintain some semblance of "health" in my diet, and they DELIVERED. (Literally and figuratively!) I am not personally gluten-free, but I noticed an immense reduction in my "mid-afternoon crash" when removing it. I could rave about the menu and how great all the food was for paragraphs, but what I would really like people to know is how incredible the service was! From the moment of my initial inquiry, I always received extremely quick responses, and excellent communication. Not only did they work with me to devise a meal plan that would work with my training schedule and personal needs, but they even went out of their delivery radius to get my meals to me! I would be at the airport/training facility during most hours of the day, and they always delivered my meals exactly when expected, and went above and beyond to work with me to ensure the front desk staff at the hotel could accommodate the drop-offs by refrigerating items if I would not be able to retrieve them promptly. Everything was labeled with stickers and I even got snacks and some juices, too! My meals were always delivered in insulated bags, and I was so thrilled that they would allow me to exchange the empty bags via the hotel front desk so I didn't continue to hoard a pile in my limited-space room. The only feedback for improvement I would like to see is an alternative to plastic packaging. Though the containers are microwave safe (and potentially dishwasher safe?) I simply don't throw plastic in the landfill and would love to see this plastic waste reduced. Another suggestion would be a container-return program/service. If I lived in Utah, I would absolutely continue to use this service. Mountain Wellness Bar and the Mountain Meals service is top-notch, and I could not recommend it enough!“

“Looking for something light and vegetarian, I ordered the Som Tam or green papaya salad. It comes with plenty of greens and rice, which made it almost like a meal. Instead of crished peanuts, they use cashews, which is a nice twist. However, no green beans which I've had elsewhere. As a cashew fan, they brought me extra cashews on request. Very polite service, clean and airy atmosphere.“

“From the moment they checked our coats we were treated like family. It was an unforgettable experience. The soft lighting, the plush seating, and the attentive staff all created a sense of luxury and sophistication. We started with the Oysters which were beautifully presented. For my main course, I had the Seabass, which was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, served with snap peas and lentils. My husband had the wild game trio which included Buffalo, Venison, and Elk. Cooked medium rare and the perfect portion size. Our 12 year old had the 7 Oz Center Cut Filet and it was honestly the best we had ever eaten as far as flavor and tenderness. We finished our meals with the Molten Lava Cake, Tiramisu, and Pudding which was the perfect way to end a perfect meal. It was light and airy, with just the right amount of sweetness. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Riverhorse on Main. The food was exquisite, the service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly special dining experience.“

“Beautiful chic atmosphere with interesting and funny quotes on the walls. The servers are genuinely nice, knowledgeable about their food and the wine.

The lamb chops were the best I had in town. Far better than some other swanky places nearby.

We sat at the best table in the house upstairs near the back overlooking the patio.

“Had a wonderful non-traditional Mexican meal that was perfect from start to finish. Cocktails were crafted very well. Started with queso fundido that was yummy with chorizo then had the trio soup sampler that we shared and each were quite tasty. The elk London broil was grilled to perfection and the grilled shrimp with avocado was prepared unexpectedly and delicious. Hannah our server was attentive and so thoughtful. The custard filled churros with ice cream and chocolate sauce was such a nice finish.“

“My husband and I came here not really knowing what to expect, but we were blown away!
The building/atmosphere is incredible. The trees are all lit up outside, the dining area is stunning, the view is spectacular, and that's all before we even get to the food itself.
Our server (shout out to Lindsey!) was phenomenal. She took great care of us - checking in frequently and ensuring our experience was top tier.
We ordered the wagyu (A5 and filet mignon) for our main entrees and it was hands down the best steak we have ever eaten. Don't skip out on the duck appetizer though.
And the DESSERTS.
They have an executive pastry chef and it shows. We had the firepit (creme brulee) and the conifer and both were out of this world fantastic in addition to being works of art.“
