Spent a few days at Sundance and enjoyed the Foundry Grill twice. Loved the food, service and ambiance.
Many memories at this restaurant! Food was delicious and Matt, our server, was very attentive!
The atmosphere and service was amazing, but the food was disappointing. We had a large party, several got the filet, or the ribeyw, and most were overcooked, even at medium rare. A couple of the group had the salmon, it was average. If you want the ambiance, it's awesome, if the meal is important, I wouldn't recommend.

It is described as a great breakfast place with a spectacular Sunday breakfast buffet. The buffet offers many different options, including a yogurt parfait bar, an omelette bar, red velvet pancakes, chorizo hash eggs Benedict, and a carving station with prime rib and pork loin. The trout is a standout dish, described as the most incredible dish and cooked to perfection. The Smoked old fashioned is perfect. The service is amazing, with friendly and helpful staff. The mountain views are breathtaking, and the restaurant is incredibly accommodating for large parties and families. Everything about the experience is 5/5, and it is worth the drive from Park City.
