The Lakehouse at Deer Creek Reviews
Delicious linguine and fried artichokes. Excellent service. Very romantic! Beautiful views
I’m usually not a fan of eating outdoors, especially in Utah. It’s too hot, too windy, and too bright. However, we sat outside and it ended up being an incredible experience. The breeze off the lake was nice and cool, and our server, Miguel, made every effort to make our time enjoyable and comfortable.
Speaking of Miguel, he was so accommodating and patient with our questions and requests. Get him as a server if you can.

We had a wonderful meal last night for our 26th anniversary. Had the halibut, super delicious, burger was fantastic and airline chicken juicy and tasty. Also had cauliflower and fry bread appetizers!!! Both were super good. Was disappointed they had no coffee to serve which seems weird.

The Lakehouse at Deer Creek offers a serene dining experience with a stunning view of the lake. The peaceful atmosphere allows for easy conversation, making it a great spot for special occasions. The menu features delicious dishes like halibut, Chilean Sea Bass, lemon chicken, and fried artichokes, all served in generous portions. Guests have enjoyed items such as the burrata plate, blackberry salad, pork tenderloin, and stroganoff, with many noting the exceptional quality of the food. The upstairs location offers an excellent view of the lake, enhancing the overall experience. The Peach margarita remains a popular choice, and the unique flavors of the dishes make the visit worthwhile. The setting on the deck is unbeatable, especially during sunset, and the service has been highlighted for its attentiveness and accommodating nature. However, some guests have mentioned that the food can sometimes be heavily sauced or oily, and there have been comments about loud children detracting from the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, The Lakehouse at Deer Creek is a recommended dining spot for those seeking a scenic and delicious meal.
