Aubergine Kitchen Reviews
My very favorite restaurant. Absolutely no seed oils and really easy to accommodate any dietary needs. Great food options with a variety of bowls and plates. Everything on the menu is delicious. I highly recommend the harvest bowl and the curry bowl. The desserts are also wonderful and the side of cheese bread is a must. Even our children love it and ask to go here anytime we're celebrating anything.
Nice spot. Had tri tips and mac and cheese, delicious. Fed 37 people on my bus in short order. Kitchen knows their stuff.
35 of us on a bus from Moab. EXCELLENT FOOD. Not one complaint. 5 Star

Aubergine Kitchen is a restaurant with a casual and laid-back atmosphere, clean locations, and friendly, helpful staff. The food is outstanding, high quality, healthy, and delicious, with options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. The menu offers a variety of bowls and plates, and everything on the menu is delicious. The harvest bowl, the curry bowl, the chicken harvest bowl, the power pasture bowl, the double protein, the side of cheese bread, and the desserts are all mentioned. The restaurant has no seed oils and is easy to accommodate any dietary needs. Even children love it and ask to go here anytime we're celebrating anything. One visit with 37 people went well, with fresh, tasty, and plenty of food, and very fast service. However, some orders have been missing items like salad dressing, cheese bread, silverware for take out, and eggs in the power pasture bowl, and consistency is wanted. The chicken in the chicken harvest bowl was extremely overcooked and dry, and everything was pretty lukewarm, though the cheese bread was delicious. The restaurant does not take cash, which is a problem for some.
