Josh or Joshua the Manager was great! He apologized sincerely that the chicken on my Alfredo had a bone in.... I really didn't mind that at all but he made sure that we're okay and it should never happened, thank you for great customer service experience!!

Food was good as always, it wasn’t too busy so the noise and service was great. We had Josh as our server and he was incredible! Very patient while we took forever to decide entrees and cheesecake flavors. Extremely kind and willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. Ultimately a good experience but Josh’s customer service made it the best experience!

let me tell you all about my experience about cheesecake factory this wednesday and my savior.
It is my 18th birthday. I hate birthdays. I usually never get treated well or i just like celebrating alone. As I entered the factory, the atmosphere was very appealing. I enjoyed the comfort.
