“My husband and I usually eat at this Wendy's on UVU's campus weekly. They always have excellent customer service. The food is always warm and tasty. Honesty is always so kind, helpful, and hustling to get things done right. She's personable and welcoming to customers. I've also seen her happy to help customers in wheelchairs get their drinks. She's the best! We highly recommend this Wendy's!“
“It's pretty quiet, but maybe that's because I went there late at night. The food is actually delicious, but the service left me a little bit confused - they didn't get my name or give me a order number, so I only knew it was my order when they shouted "your order is ready" because I was the only person there who wasn't already eating.“
“Went for lunch yesterday, ordered two Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxes. They got them out to me quick and tasted fine, but the ordering experience was weird.
I pulled up to the window and it was literally just a bunch of kids working. They asked me a couple times if it was the biggie bag and I had to specify I only wanted the two sandwiches.
They took my card, rang me up, then told me to pull forward. It must've been a slow day because they seemed a little peeved I was there. 😂
But the food came out fast and my order was correct.“
“I had to give a shoutout to this Wendy’s. I stopped by on a road trip on the way out of town with my kiddos, honestly just expecting a quick bite. Not only was the service super fast, but the staff was unusually friendly—especially the woman at the register (I can’t remember her name). She went out of her way to make sure our order was right and even gave my son an extra dipping sauce when he couldn’t decide.
The food was fresh—like, surprisingly fresh for fast food. The fries were hot and crispy, and my burger was actually stacked neatly and not just thrown together. The dining area was pretty clean, and they even had music playing that wasn’t blaring or annoying.
It just felt like everyone there actually cared. For a fast food stop, this was honestly one of the better experiences I’ve had in a long time. Definitely stopping here again next time we’re in the area.“
