I tried Aubergine Kitchen yesterday and the food was amazing! The staff at the Sugarhouse location went above and beyond to make it a remarkable experience and you can bet i will be back! I am so glad to have found a vegan friendly establishment with delicious food! Thanks Aubergine Kitchen!

I really love this place, but I think people should know: the tips don’t go to the employees. Not even the cash tips in the jar. I have close friends who used to work here and confirmed it, everything goes to the company. It’s sad because the staff work hard and deserve better.

Food was great. I really love Aubergine’s food. The waiting for food was incredibly long. There were only a few other diners in while we were there. We waited 30 minutes for an omelette and scrambled bowl. Seems a long wait for breakfast.
