I’ve been here many times over the years. It is by far always and consistently the best food. Not only is the food incredible, but the service is great. Noelia is accommodating, courteous and respectful every time I’m here. She is knowledgable about the park city area as well and is always sharing great suggestions. Lalo is great too!

I’ve been here both during busy peak periods and quiet off peak days. The cuisine is perfect for a mountain resort setting, and the service is always friendly and quick. Noellia is always so helpful for our group! I appreciate Bistro Kosher Deli and look forward to returning here for many years.

Was very excited to try this restaurant out but was very disappointed. From beginning to end, this dining experience was a disaster. When the hostess sat us down at our table it was dripping wet and the floor underneath the table had left over garbage from the previous seating. The staff was not prepared for our reservation and then made us feel bad for seating us. We waited 30 minutes for the waiter to bring our menus but in the end we walked up to the hostess’s stand and grabbed our own menus. We ordered the chicken tenders off the appetizer menu which was priced at $18. When they arrived we received 6 tiny fried chicken nibbles that we had to look deep inside the paper cone to even see. They were TINY! As our main course, we ordered the pulled beef sandwich that was $30. There was very little beef and was mostly all bread. Another disappointment. We also ordered the deluxe burger cooked to medium rare. The burger did not come with ketchup and I had to ask the waitress 3 times for a side of ketchup. All in all, I would say that this place needs major improvement in both quality and service. They have a monopoly over kosher eaters, I just wish it could be better.Dietary restrictions: Kosher

I was very frustrated by my recent experience at this restaurant. When we arrived for our reservation we were told to just sit anywhere. This was followed by a long period of waiting until a waitress finally walked past and asked if we had ordered yet. When we attempted to order a hotdog for our daughter they told us they were out of hot dogs. We asked if they could do the corn dog that was on their menu with a side of fries and the waitress seemed clueless and said she needed to ask the chef. This was also followed by us attempting to order the salmon dish which was one of three entrees on the menu and they proceeded to tell us they were out of that as well. We ended up getting up and leaving the restaurant due to our frustrations. While the dishes looked interesting the experience was frustrating and we did not feel welcomed by the staff.

After hearing so many comments from people, locals and visitors to town, who say the food is great at the Kosher Bistro & Deli at the end of the Silverado Lodge in the Canyon's Base area, I finally went, actually just went for a second time. Wow. One of the best burgers in town (The 1/2 lb Signature burger), and the other time, I loved the pulled beef. The rest of the menu looks good, a decent variety of selections, and the place looks comfortable, so I may dine in next time. Highly recommend it.

Amazing food and service. We come every year and it is so great having a Kosher option on the mountain.Only one thing to consider - the size of the salmon is very small. We had to order 2 salmons to get full. Other than that everything is awesome.See you again next year!Update (a year later): the portions are amazing now!! Wouldn’t change anything. Awesome place!

This was an amazing experience. This place was the perfect apres ski meal. Great food in a warm and cozy environment. The food comes out very quickly and dis after dish is absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning here. I was a year prior and the food was nowhere near the level it was this year. They must have gotten a new chef or kitchen crew because it was improved by 1000%

Food was amazing and hit the spot after a day on the slopes.

A brand new menu places Bistro among the best Kosher restaurants in the US, in a league with eateries like NY's Reserve Cut and Abaita, the Jersey Shore's SALT, and Chicago's Shallots, yet with moderate family-oriented pricing. Under new management, the service is top-notch and fast. Try the Corn Dogs loaded with dijon aioli, pastrami, onion, scallion, red onion and pickled jalapeno rings; another must-have is the Signature Bistro Burger, you won't regret either one. Kudos to Yossi and Chef Albert, for turning apres ski dining into a fine art.Parking: We parked in the lot above Silverado lodge, there is always plenty of space from 4PM and on.Kid-friendliness: The Kids will love the hot chocolate with marshmallow brulee, and table top marshmallow smores too, this is fine dining that is kid friendly too!
