We visited the Bistro at Canyon Village while in Park City with my family and were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. We ordered a variety of dishes, including the Asian chicken, beef cigars, hummus platter, Caesar salad, steak, burger, and chicken fingers—and everything was enjoyable.

Amazing food and experience. Very friendly staff and great service
Appetizers were great, especially the Korean Fried Chicken. A little pricey but that's Utah 🤷🏻♂️
Bistro at Canyons Village consistently serves incredible food and provides great service. The restaurant's cuisine is perfect for a mountain resort setting, with a decent variety of selections. The 1/2 lb Signature burger and pulled beef are standout dishes. The staff, including Noelia, are accommodating, courteous, and knowledgeable about the Park City area, offering helpful suggestions. Whether during peak or off-peak periods, the service is always friendly and quick. This restaurant is highly recommended and a great choice for a comfortable dining experience.
