On a cheeky lunch date with myself. Kid free for the afternoon and decided to treat myself to the hope of a great pizza experience in a 21 and over establishment. Boneyard delivered! Best cheese pie I’ve had in Utah since moving here in September. It’s for the NY New Haven style lovers out there. Wood oven and thin crust. Savory sauce and perfect char on the pie ordered well done!

I was in the mood for a burger and fries after a long day of skiing, and boy did Boneyard come through!

I was really worried after pulling in the parking lot, as it was FULL. But we found a spot and was surprised when they could fit in a table for 2 with no wait.

Got a 6 count of wings for an appetizer, and they were excellent. Hot and crispy, large, and with a tasty, moderately spicy Mango Habanero sauce.

Then the burgers...

I’ve had a bunch of solid meals here but I just ordered the short rib cheesesteak and it was pretty inedible. The bun fell apart so I couldn’t even hold it, it was 50% cheese sauce that was extremely overwhelming, I couldn’t taste the meat or peppers and onions. Come to the boneyard but do not order the short rib Philly cheesesteak!
