The Phone IVR system to reach the restaurant is terrible

Food and our waiter were great as always and beautiful views but the bald bartender with the glass was a complete jerk and you could tell the rest of the staff was on edge and nervous around him. He’s yelling at waitresses and then shaking his head while muttering something under his breath. He needs an attitude adjustment.

Kristi and Jeremy gave us the best service of all time! The food was great and the atmosphere is amazing!

Anniversary midafternoon lunch. Kenah served up glasses of bubbles and an amazing charcuterie board by Chef Larry. Fantastic views, food, and service. Their gracious and attentive service made a special day even more special. Beyond words!

We stopped in for a bite at the Brasserie the other day. Our server, Spencer, was amazing! The burger was incredible and the espresso martini was delicious. Will definitely be coming back.

The food was excellent with a beautiful view and the quaking aspens cheering in the background. We went to Deer Valley for our 26th anniversary and ended up here. It was beautiful and delicious! My wife's mushroom pizza was one of the most delicious things she had ever had to eat. I ordered a burger and it was good but not earth shattering but what do you expect when ordering a burger at a nice restaurant. They even gave us an eclair for our anniversary which was also amazing. I would definitely recommend Brasserie for lunch and you will also enjoy the short Funicular (tram/gondola) up the mountainside.

What a cool spot! You take a funicular to the top and can enjoy a beautiful view from the top. Food and drinks are on the pricier side but the atmosphere is incredible so it's worth at least checking out.

Really cool restaurant overlooking the mountains. However, the food was not good. We got the chicken sandwich which we ordered with cheese and it did not come with cheese. There was no aioli and overall lacked flavor. The chicken was also fatty and the fries were insanely greasy. We also got the mushroom pizza which was ok but very very lemony. Not worth the price.

For a nice dinner, go ANYwhere else. The glory days are over and it's now just a very over-priced restaurant with good food, terrible service, and bizarre cringey waitstaff.Brasserie 7452 used to be one of the most quietly elegant, refined places to eat in Deer Valley. Unfortunately, the St. Regis opened a "party tent" 2-3 years ago, presumably to generate revenue during the COVID pandemic. Ever since then, quiet dinners are interrupted with booze-soaked 20/30-somethings stumbling out of the tent.I went there with my family last Thursday and a bachelorette vomited on the floor of the funicular station on our way up. We asked for a table for 6 and the wait time was 2 hours, despite there being multiple tables open. We ended up getting seated in ~45 minutes, but when we did, we had to wait 20 minutes to even get water. Our waiter finally came over after about 30 minutes to take drink orders and the experience only got more bizarre. He appeared to be on drugs (dilated pupils, constant chatter, forgot multiple things). At one point, we were eating our meal and he showed up with a salad. He said "WHO WANTS THE SALAD?" When we replied that none of us ordered it, he said "No i'm SURE you did. I have it right here on my notepad! FINE. You sure I can't sell it to you?" then disappeared. If this were a pub, this would be a funny story, but the level of service is so far beneath what you expect from St. Regis. Go elsewhere.

Food is average. Atmosphere is cool. But service is horrible and management of waitlist is hard to describe. Unless you know someone that can get you a table; don’t even come here. It will be a waste of time.

Perhaps one of the most scenic locations to enjoy craft beverages and spectacular food.No matter the season, you can expect wonderful ambiance, incredible service, and top of the line food.My personal favorite menu item is the Truffle Pizza, it is worth the visit for the sauce alone.

Excellent service across the board. The food was great. The burger was delightful and to balance it the Salad Niçoise, was well seasoned and refreshing.
