Butcher’s Chop House has been our all-time favorite steakhouse in Park City for years — we’ve been there many times and it never disappoints. For my birthday this time, we decided to try something new and booked Sterling Steak and Lounge instead. Huge mistake.

Dylan did an amazing job. Super friendly and was by himself last night taking care of the bar and tables at the same time. When the place became packed and he was by himself, his demeanor never changed. Friendly and on top of every order circling back to every guest to ensure they had a great experience. Highly recommend
