I ordered the fish it was ok nothing to rave about. The disabled msg that had the Chimichurri sauce they didn't make any more. The ambiance is like eating in an old church. Service is what get the stars for me at this venue.

Unique experience. Surpassed my expectations by a mile. I expected the food to taste like the photos … but it was way better!Our group was a bit against leaving the hotel after our day of flying but left thankful I talked them into the trip back into town. Thanks Chimayo we will be back

This place is absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend the BBQ ribs, elk skewers and sea bass. Very friendly staff.
Very pricey. Do not really agree with the prices. Presentation was great. Both of our entries were amazing. We got the buffalo and the elk broil. HIGHLY recommend the elk. The fondido was not what we expected. It was barely melted and hard to eat. Margaritas were amazing. Both pomegranate and house marg was so good. Service was amazing.

Hostess was super pleasant and attentive! Loved her and the cozy ambience upstairs. We waited patiently as this gal told us it would just be a minute. I think she had an upstairs table in mind, but then something changed and she guided us to follow her downstairs. Things then took a turn. Our waiter was so odd. Everything about his demeanor was not customer service facing and he was boardering on rude. I'm vegan and asked for suggestions. He had none, in fact, pretty sure he doesn't know what veganism is because the salad he brought me had egg on it When the egg was removed (by my hubs) I had a pile of lettuce, some cucumbers, and black olives. At no point did he suggest anything else. We dropped $100, no alcohol, and l left hungry. Anyway, bummer but not the end of the world, just want to forewarn fellow vegans that this prob isn't your spot!

If I could give this restaurant a 10 out of 5 I would. The food was amazing!! Our party of 7 all ordered something different. We all tried everything. We all thought every dish was incredible. Every. Single. Thing. Also, loved the atmosphere and decor. All around a feast for the eyes AND stomach. Highly recommend.

The menu is limited and expensive. The food is not well composed or presented. Portions are generous. The atmosphere is strangely midieval. We won’t be back.
Aggressively average food for almost comically high prices. This is squarely aimed at the more-money-than-taste crowd. Duck enchiladas were actually cold inside when they arrived. Everything about this dish was presentation over taste/quality. The one plus is my server was really great. Otherwise, this was a one and done.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Service was phenomenal. Great atmosphere. Drinks were perfection and they even had kids mocktails which was fun for my boys. It’s an expensive meal, but 100% worth it. Highly recommend.

This is one of the better restaurants we have eaten at. The food is not what you would consider traditional Mexican cuisine but was still notably inspired by the Spanish culture. The Wagyu was cooked exactly how I prefer and had a great flavor. The churro dessert was also to die for. The service was very good, a little slow, but not terrible. Pricing was fair for quality of food. Atmosphere was really nice and matched the theme of the food. Overall a very pleasant dining experience.

The ambiance, the service, and the comida is all AMAZING. If you love Beef Ribs, this is the spot. The appetizers are phenomenal as well. Definitely worth a visit.
