When searching google this morning for brunch joints in park city, Crafted looked promising. When we arrived we were slightly confused as their banner sign was hidden behind a lot of outdoor furniture. We could tell it was dining furniture but without the sign being visible it was hard to tell if we were in the right place, as this restaurant is located on the ground floor of a hotel. We walked through the very narrow entrance with lots of outdoor pots, and arbor and a bench made...
We had a great meal at Crafted! Everything we had was beautiful and delicious. I wouldn't have known that it was gluten-free, necessarily. The only drawback was the time we waited for our server. I think we caught them at an odd time when the staffing was overwhelmed for a little bit.
Expensive resort pricing. $6 for coffee. $9 to $11 for mediocre single egg Benedict a la carte (half a normal serving size). Crab cake Benedict was fishy and old tasting on a weird mealy piece of bread. Bacon and avocado Benedict lacked flavor and served on the same mealy bread. Needed more bacon and seasoning. Kitchen very slow. Lumpy padding on bench seats outside. Won't be going back.
