The best quesadillas on all of Main Street! Super friendly staff, and the ambiance is great for going out with friends or family. Besides the food, they also have amazing drinks. Highly recommended 😊

We began with drinks: a refreshing pineapple margarita and two cold Mexican beers, which set the perfect tone for the evening. As appetizers, we had guacamole and queso, both absolutely delicious and full of flavor. For our main dish, we shared the fajitas combo, which was perfectly cooked, generous in portion, and packed with authentic taste. The restaurant itself is vibrant and beautifully decorated, with a lively yet comfortable ambiance. The location on Main Street couldn’t be better, and the outdoor seating area makes it an even more inviting spot to enjoy a meal in Park City. Every detail shows pride and care, Don Gallo is truly a gem, and we can’t wait to return!

This has become one of our favorite Mexican restaurants along the Wasatch front. The food presentation is exquisite, they have the best guacamole we’ve ever had - which is extra colorful with the mangle cubes. This has become one of our go to locations anytime we are in the Park city area.
