This is a nice looking place. Very sports bar. I came in and the supervisor Nora and Tomas the bar tender were at the bar, both looked at me but continued their conversation before coming over to seat me.
Then it took time to get service once I was seated. The burger and fries were good it was a very juicy patty.
If only I could have gotten better service. My beer glass sat empty as both the bar tender and supervisor walked the bar not asking if I wanted another.
If the service gets better this place could be great. I wonder how it is in prime season?

First visit to this location and experience was very much subpar. We sat at the bar and the bartender from the start was very distracted. He was away from the bar more than he was behind it. The bar area was very messy, dirty glasses and dishes were never cleaned the whole time we were there. It looked like they had plenty of staff on and the restaurant wasn’t very busy but the whole place seemed to be overwhelmed and dysfunctional. Food was pretty good but the service was so poor that it really took away from the overall experience.

I went here for lunch one day and loved it so I went back and unfortunately it wasn't as good the second time. I am traveling solo and was stuck in the back where my server forgot about me. Literally. She clocked out, changed clothes and left without saying anything. I had to walk up to the bar to get a refill and ask for my check. The poor bartender seemed to be the only one working at one point. And I didn't go right before closing...it was 6:15pm...prime dinner time.

I have visited this restaurant every year for the past few years, and I am quite disappointed with my recent experience. We spent over $70 on just two hamburgers and a kids' menu item. I was surprised to find they charge $1 for each portion of fry sauce, especially when the hamburgers are already priced over $20.

The service was lacking; our waiter did not check in to see if we were enjoying our meals. My hamburger was not as good as I remembered it to be. I had to flag down the waiter to request the check, and it took over five minutes for us to receive it while we watched her bus tables.

Additionally, we paid extra for onion rings and sweet potato fries, but the portion sizes have noticeably decreased. On top of the already small portions, the 5 onion rings they came out with were cold!! It's disappointing that a place I used to enjoy has changed so much, and I’m unsure if I will return in the near future.

Placed an order to go. I’m gluten free so asked for the GF bun on the basic burger. They asked if I wanted the fries, I asked if they were GF she said no. I said, okay well I’m GF so I can’t have gluten. She said I could have the Caesar salad. Great ? she said it would be 15 minutes. I showed up 15 minutes later and the hostess was taking individual to go orders for a large group who was undecided. The family in front of me was going to lose their minds because they just wanted to be seated and had been waiting for some time. Another 15 minutes went by and a lady brought a to-go order out. I asked if it was mine and she looked at the receipt in the bag and said no. The family in front of me asked a passing waitress if she could seat them and she said it’s too late, they close at 8. They had a hungry mom and kids and they were understandably upset. Especially because the sign on the door clearly stated they close at 9pm on Sunday. So they left. Finally the group was done ordering with the waitress and then she grabbed the order that the other lady said was not mine. It was mine. I could have easily paid at the bar for it and been in my way 15 minutes earlier. Got back to our hotel and the Caesar salad was covered in croutons. Why on earth would I pay extra for a GF bun and then want croutons in my salad? I was planning to share this with my son. By the time we got to eat and discover that we couldn’t eat half the meal it was infuriating. The hamburger itself was so tiny. I would have expected at least some sauce or ketchup or something on it. My son has had bigger kids meals. Way overpriced. Still hungry. Probably wouldn’t have been so upset about it if we had gotten it on time. By the time we got to start eating we were then starving. What a waste of money and time.

This place has an " I don't care about you" vibe that shouldn't co-exist with other options to eat. From the greater to the waitress they just seemed annoyed by customers being there.

Vegetarian options: Good vegan options

This place was fine. Food was fairly good. My experience is through the lens of someone with two small kids. It was loud and I couldn’t find my server when it was time to go. I’m sure if you are childless and had more time it would be fine.

Shady business.
Was looking for a pub to get drinks at was blown away with the 100% mark up. Anyways with the taylor swift atmosphere and all gender bathrooms I decided not to tip considering they get paid well with how marked up everything is. My total came out to 116 and some change. The waiter decided to give himself a tip with my receipt.
The level of entitlement from someone who can't even be a good waiter by going around asking for refills or checking up.
Keep your receipt when you come here, this business has probably gotten away with doing this before.

We enjoyed this place!!! Our server Darius was great, he explained how we could costomize our burgers and side dishes and made sure our drinks were refilled if needed. All of our food came on time, the I ♡ Garlic Burger and Southern Hospitality Burger were delicious and the Cotton Candy shake was surprisingly not overly sweet, which was recommended by the manager, Jarli, who was walking around and asked how we liked the food.
I will be coming back soon!

My family and I can’t say enough good things about DBB! Jarli and his team are incredibly accommodating and go the extra mile to ensure guests are happy. Dinner was delicious and the drinks are always great! Bravo!

Kid-friendliness: My kids got a menu and crayons and loved the size of the milkshakes!

Hostes were very rude upon entering the establishment. We tried to order adult drinks.. everything we tried to order they didnt have. We asked to sit at the bar because they didn’t have any open tables.. we were told to go look for ourselves to see if there was any open seats. They would not either go and look the whole service our first time and we will not be back.
