We recently spent a long weekend in Park City, Utah. One of my favorite meals of the trip was at Drafts Burger Bar. This gastropub is in the Canyons Village at Park City. They feature 20 draft beers, burgers, and gigantic shakes. There is a kid's menu, but my daughter ordered off the main menu once she was the broccoli cheddar soup served in a sourdough bread bowl ($15). She seemed really happy with this choice and the bread bowl itself was solid. My wife ordered the "boujie hippie" burger with house-made quinoa, sunflower seed, and black bean patty topped with hummus, tomato jam, Boursin cheese, and crispy kale chips ($18) with sweet potato fries ($8). This was right in her wheelhouse and did not seem to disappoint. The sweet potato fries were especially sweet, just the way she likes them.My son had a kid's grilled cheese with fries ($9). Again no complaints here. Finally, I had the "vote for pedro" and swapped the burger for a fried chicken breast at no extra charge. This monstrous sandwich came topped with a chile relleno, pepper jack cheese, pico de gallo, avocado, smoked queso, fried jalapeno, and lettuce ($23). Wow was this good! It was pretty messy but worth it. I also enjoyed a side of fries $6).And for my kids' favorite part of the meal, they have gigantic milkshakes ($13 each). My son enjoyed the "need a moment" with vanilla ice cream, caramel, and a Twix candy bar. And my daughter enjoyed a "taste of the season" which in March was some kind of mint cookies and cream combination. Both were excellent!

We are an every year customers and we never had a problem with the staff but this las 3 times same bar.Service is mediocre, food quality went down, watch for the cash, they don’t take cash and there’s no signs of that nor the menus states that no cash accepted for Payment. They call security on me because I pull 100 bucks to pay the check, Ridiculous that they do not accept cash.Unfortunately the management dropped the ball and this bar/joint used to be great but not anymore. This will be the last time we come and spend our money here.We will go to a place that want our money and we feel respected same with the West Gate Resort.

Excellent restaurant/pub located in the village at the base of the mountain! Their burgers and wings are delicious! And we also loved their cocktails and local beer selection!

Our interaction from the start was very bizarre with this restaurant . The host asked if we wanted to eat food to which I replied we may get an appetizer. She said I needed to tell her if I was for sure getting food before she would seat us. We hadn’t seen a menu so I wasn’t sure if we would be getting food. I just requested to sit where we didn’t have to get food to get a table and end the conversation. A member in my party explained that Utah has strict laws around food and alcohol so that was likely why she was asking. An explanation by her would have been helpful. Or she could have just sat us in the bar when I said we were on the fence about getting food. After getting seated in the bar the manager proceeded to stare at us and walked over to make sure our IDs were checked when we ordered our drinks. It was an uncomfortable situation. The front of the house staff just felt very confrontational. The bartender was great though.

We waited for about 30 minutes to be seated, while waiting we got a drink from the bar from an extremely rude bartender. He asked what we wanted and never said another word, he gave us our drinks and then POINTED to a sign that said they are cashless. When we got seated and ordered, it took so long we ended up just getting it to go because we had already been there almost 2 hours. The food was mediocre at best.

During our stay in Park City, we made it a delightful morning ritual to have breakfast at this charming pub, Drafts Burger Bar (DBB). Nestled within the Westgate Park City Resort & Spa, the pub boasts a diverse breakfast menu that caters to all tastes..I opted for the classic “Two Eggs” menu, while my wife chose the intriguingly named “Vote for Pedro.” Let me tell you, “Vote for Pedro” is a winner! It combines perfectly cooked eggs with cheese-stuffed jalapeños and creamy guacamole—a symphony of flavors to kickstart the day..The service here is both good and friendly, even though the interior space isn’t particularly large. But that’s part of its charm—it feels like an authentic local spot where you can truly unwind..Now, let’s talk about the drinking rules. We eagerly anticipated our Mimosas, but the clock dictated our timing. We patiently waited until 11:30 in the morning to raise our glasses. A minor inconvenience, really, considering the delightful breakfast spread..As a gastropub, they take their libations seriously. With over 50 beers from around the world, beer enthusiasts will find plenty to explore. And if you’re craving something heartier, their hand-crafted burgers and wings won’t disappoint..In summary, this Park City gastropub offers a cozy and flavorful start to the day, even if the drinking clock occasionally plays referee. For a more extensive menu, you might want to explore neighboring spots like the Farm Restaurant..

Came in to eat dinner with 3 before the crowd. The restaurant was empty. The host, Christian wanted to sit us in the table next to the host stand. When I asked to have another table he told me it would be a 20 minute wait and had a nasty attitude. The host asked me to stand in a hallway while he could find a table in his empty restaurant. I asked to talk to the manager who never came. Disappointing service.

Totally mediocre food. Came here for both dinner and breakfast. Not worth the effort for either meal. Dinner was bland, probably the most flavorless ski resort chili I’ve ever had. The breakfast pancakes were completely lacking in any flavor or sweetness (McDonalds would be so much better), and the French toast was undercooked (never experienced that before). Both times service was non-existent.

Everything about this place is simply great. I came her with my kids and friends kids as a mid day break for lunch. I did not expect much but boy, we were blow away. Everyone enjoyed their burgers followed by the amazing desserts. I've enjoyed their delicious beer selection, with custom made chilled glass. Highly recommend to take a ski Brea here if you are in the area.

This place is very unfriendly to groups. The staff and management were very rude and difficult to deal with. Avoid it if you can, especially if you are a group. You would think the amount of money we spent there would be appreciated. Nope! And BTW, they don't take cash.
