Sooooooooo good. This wasn't a dinner....it was a culinary experience! From the moment we sat down we were treated to outstanding food! The popovers, salads, pallet cleansers! It's all amazing. The barbecued shrimp was some of the best my wife and I had ever had. Our steaks were perfect. She got the filet and I got the snake river farms filet!Honestly this truly was an experience! Thanks to the chef and everyone who served us! We can't wait to go back!

The food is Michellin Star worthy!! The food was absolutely excellent along with the most amazing bartender Abhi! This gentleman knows his stuff and was so intentive to our needs while eating at the bar! A wonderful experience thanks to the Chef and the bartender Abhi!! Maybe see ya in NYC!! Thank you Abhi for making our dinning experience an A+. Best bartender ever!!

Exceptional take out, the best presentation, cook to perfection and the service was outstanding.
Wow! What an experience we had at Edge. Fine dining at its best. Our server James was knowledgeable about the menu and chef’s offerings and the food was incredible. If you’re a French onion soup lover, you must try their rendition. Everything was impeccable from beginning to end.Kid-friendliness: There were teenage children that were rude and disruptive at a table near us “secretly” taking photos of guests and laughing. While it didn’t destroy the experience, it was incredibly distracting. If you bring your kids, please ensure they have table manners.

The food was savory and exquisite! The atmosphere was elegant, so the high-end vibes was definitely there. But back to the food, it was worth every dollar! Had the wagyu steak with the black and white truffle mac and cheese. Finished it with the creme brulee. Did not disappoint. The only disappointment was not eating in the igloo/snow globe due to the extra $200 price tag. Our server was very accommodating and knowledgeable. And it's always great to have a manager come at the end to serve us a nice little chocolate treat which was so good that it should have been on the dessert menu.

The best food and drinks , that we found in Park City, Utah and surroundings.There are a few options , where to be seated. Bar, table and outside as a separate shatter ( additional fee applies).Amazing cocktails, I ordered lemon drip martini, and it was just perfect, the other one that was ordered- old fashion, just perfect as well.Couple more from a cocktail list- same! Just perfect!Wine list is huge as well from well known wines to some that we never heard of.All the appetisers and steaks that we ordered, you just can’t stop eating them until it fully gone. :)Deserts were delicious too!!!Service was incredible through all our dinner, from our waiter to the food deliveries and table cleaning staff.Cannot wait to go back when we are in an area again!!!
The premier restaurant in the Canyons (not saying much as there only six). Fine dining steakhouse with amazing selections. Great service and cocktail / wine selection. I would definitely check it out if you're looking for a premium dining location in Park City.

Great food, interesting menu, wonderful ambience, quiet and our server Matthew was absolutely the best! Loved the interesting menu for steak, sides, and spice options. Wine list was superb. We shared 2 bold Cabernets bottles with great advice from the sommelier. Desert was special and we finished with a delightful amaro! Can't say enough things about our four hour celebration of friendship and great cuisine.
