Nothing on the menu is vegan by default. Three or four entrees can be made vegan upon request.
I would like to mention that their fruit bowl side is much larger than the typical restaurant fruit bowl.
This establishment hit the mark on every aspect: Cool vibe, great service, beautiful, tasty and healthy food. We enjoyed fresh squeezed orange juice the hotcake with mixed berries, whipped citrus mascarpone, nuts and seeds. It was HUGE and looked exactly like the photos. We also shared the SHAKSHOUKA - Moroccan baked eggs, Meredith Dairy feta, dukkah, and Red Bicycle crack bread. Great breakfast spot here in Park City, UT. The breakfast sandwich here is great, and also highly recommend the yogurt as well. The coffee drink list here is extensive and very good. One of the best breakfast joints here in Park City, Utah.
